A Marie Claire australiana entrevistou Scott Laidler, personal trainer de celebridades como Kate Hudson, e pediu que ele desse 5 bons motivos para você comer já a se exercitar ao ar livre, até mesmo em dias frios!
1. Você irá melhorar seu humor e preparo físico
Fazer exercícios ao livre fará você se sentir bem. “O ar fresco e o ambiente natural elevam o humor. Isso não significa que você precisa se exercitar todo dia na rua ou no parque, mas correr uma vez por semana ao ar livre fará uma grande diferença não só no seu humor, mas também na sua motivação e preparo físico”, explica o personal trainer.
2. Você exigirá mais do seu corpo
Alguns exercícios feitos no solo, como corrida, não têm o mesmo efeito quando praticados em equipamentos. “Ao correr em um terreno irregular, seu corpo terá que se esforçar mais, melhorando sua estabilidade e trabalhando áreas dos seus músculos que nem mesmo os equipamentos conseguem atingir.”

Ambientes ao ar livre estão a maior parte do tempo abertos e têm um espaço amplo, ao contrário da academia.
